At first, the need was only to set up company email. But as the needs grew, along with the importance of building trust in the eyes of clients and prospective clients, the scope of work expanded to include building and managing the company website.
In a long-running retainer-based collaboration, I am responsible for making sure the company's digital needs keep running well, from managing company email and strengthening website security to keeping the system stable and carrying out regular website maintenance and updates.
